"Are you going to kill more people?"

"If I'm in the mood to- sure. But, I do have other plans..."

"If you kill anyone else I refuse to take you." She said, looking towards the town.

Tal got up, the mixture of herbs and his werewolf healing ability had already healed most of the cuts and gashes...

(sorrin, if he drinks her blood will she die?????)

"I find it amusing that you'd trust me if I promised you anything...But, alright-" Cradh crossed his arms. "Just for tonight, I won't kill any more of your precious humans as long as I'm in town." Still assuming she was just an unusual vampire, he wondered how she ever managed to feed herself.

(Good question....! )

[no vampires can die by blood loss....vampires do die if they drink werewolf blood though...]

"Not just tonight. You can't kill at all, I won't have you harming my friends and family tomorrow."

Family? Friends? Among the humans? So she wasn't full vampire after all. Cradh sighed disappointedly place his hands menacingly on both of her shoulders and sighed, "Sorry, no can do." He seriously intended to get her blood this time when the voice of his superior echoed in is head interrupted. How he hated interruptions.

'Fool, you're on a mission. Ruin this chance, and we'll seal you away for the next century.'

"Err, what I mean is- sure. I won't touch a hair on any of your little human town-folk's heads. The town's blood is off-limits." He let go. "So, take me there already."

Lilith wondered why he changed his mind then said, "I'm Lilith."

"Cradh," he said.

"Why did you change your mind?" She looked at his hands on her shoulders, "You were obviously going to try to kill me."

"Well, you don't really need to know that." Cradh was so terrible at lying that he didn't even try. He let go of her shoulders and casually brushed a piece of straw from her hair. " But, if it'll make you feel any better, you can pretend that I stopped because you were so annoyingly beautiful- that killing you right away would've been a waste."

Looking as impatient as ever, he stepped back and waited to be led to town.

She looked at him confused, 'That's the second time he's said something like that.' She thought. She turned and started to lead him to town, "Why were you so short before?" She asked.

Cradh followed with silent footsteps. "My clan sealed me away in deep slumber for 62 years as punishment for a crime." He paused, looking lustful for a moment as he thought about it, then continued. "Anyhow...No one should go without food for so long. It weakens you. To sustain itself- my body assumed a smaller, lesser form... The problem is, it's a real pain trying to return to my natural state. Buckets and buckets of blood just to regain my sense of smell. I still haven't gotten all of my sight back yet."

Even if he'd get a lecture from his superiors later, it felt good to complain to someone.

"That's strange. So what did you do?" She asked, still walking.

"What was it, again? Betrayal? Assassination plot? No..... Oh, riiiiight. I tried to seduce the clan leader's wi-----" he trailed off. "I think I've told you enough."

"Enough to get you in a lot of trouble or enough to try and keep me off your back?" She smirked.

"What do you think?" he muttered, not sure whether to laugh or scorn her. Either way, he wasn't about to answer any more personal questions. There was a faint howling far off behind them- three or four Lycans on a hunt maybe? Since Cradh was neither in the mood nor the position to fight them tonight, he instead quickened his pace. Long, silent strides made him appear to glide over the land. He grabbed Lilith's arm as he passed by and tried to pull her along with him. "Town had better be in this direction."

Lilith followed after him, stumbling a little a few times but not falling. Suddenly, she wondered if it was Tal.

Cradh found Lilith's stumbling irritating. Then again, he found a lot of things irritating. Wanting to get to town even faster, he scooped Lilith up in both arms and started running- the lycans temporarily forgotten. His eyes really weren't as good as they should've been, so every once in a while he'd run his face into a low tree branch. He could tell he was getting a closer to town when he began to smell humans again.

Tal was close behind sprinting at Cradh in were wolf form. He got close enough and jumped un and over him and chanced back into a human but kept his claws.

Cradh stopped running and bore his fangs on impulse. He didn't have to see to tell it was an enemy. "Move it! I don't have time to waste on lycan filth," he hissed and roughly put Lilith down.
