Cradh was stumped. There wasn't very much he could do to get Lilith to trust him; and hypnotizing her into helping him would only work for a very short time on a half-vampire. His only other option was to ask her up front. 'If I'm gonna' humiliate myself anyway, I might as well go all out,' he sighed to himself in bitter defeat. 'So much for pride.' And with that, he turned on his charm.

"My beautiful hostess, Lilith," he said in a deep, rich voice coated in honey and silver. He turned, gently took her right hand, and, like a gentleman, bowed slowly to kiss it, "Forgive me. But, the real reason I am here is because I need your help. I don't know who else to turn to..."

( Heehee~ thankees!)

Lilith stared at him, blushing.

When she didn't say anything, he grinned and continued. "There a very large temple near here called Light Haven- a gathering place for exorcists and slayers of the undead. Only the living may enter, for it is protected by the aura of a powerful holy medallion. Lilith..." He cupped her face in his hand and looked her in the eyes. "I need you to bring me that medallion."

Lilith's blushing continued as she looked at him. "But, I'm only half living."

"Half-living but having never been killed is just as good as being completely alive. My lovely, you'll go completely unharmed." He didn't mean to sweet talk her more than necessary, but her blushing was just so entertaining! He leaned in just close enough for their noses to touch. "You'll help me out, won't you?"

Lilith slowly nodded. It was getting a little harder to breath, and her heart was beating fast.

Tal was waiting outside....he could hear the conversation and didn't like it......

Lilith waited wondering what Cradh would do next. Why was he so close to her?

(feel free to bust in and beat the crap out of Cradh whenever you want, just don't kill him)

(well hurry up already I'm getting bored and he's really close to her...)

Tal walked in silently and hit cradh on the head...[happy?]

Lilith loked at Cradh, then Tal. "Why did you do that?!"

"Because...."

Lilith looked at him confused, her blush fading.

"I wanted to...."

"Do you hate him specifically?"

"Did I not make my intentions to kill him later clear to you earlier?"

"Yes you did." She crossed her arms, "Why do you have to hate the only vampire I'm assocciated with?" She said sighing.

(Yay, Tal!!! )

"Agh!" Cradh yelped after being hit on the head. He turned around to find that lycan from before, and wondered why it knew where Lilith lived, too. "Darn you, I almost had her!" He paused. Somehow, that didn't come out right. Hearing that the wolf-man still intended to kill him, he put on a smug face and surpressed a cold laugh.

"What do you mean 'you almost had me'?" Lilith said scowling.
